Lesser known tourist destinations are also trying hard to bring big changes

Though Seoul in the recent times has underwent immense development, Busan, the second largest city in Korea, is not lagging behind either. The resort island of Jeju is making progress quite fast with the landmark Jeju Shinhwa development created to change the tourism market rapidly.

Firstly, in impending 2019, the Minor Hotels has declared to open it’s another branch named Avani Busan Hotel. At present, its under construction, the 400-key property will be based in the East Busan Tourism Complex Zone, a hub for entertainment as well as shopping.

This new fashionable hotel will have an all-day dining restaurant along with event space, spacious meeting rooms, a rooftop specialty bar, a Korean style bathhouse and spa, excellent gym and a swimming pool. Besides, there will be 136 exclusive branded residences in the property.

The Osiria Tourism Complex, previously known as the East Busan Tourism Complex, is under construction in Gijang-eup at present. The property is said to be an investment of four trillion won (S$4.75 billion). In the year 2006, the project started and a total of 34 facilities along with an eye-catching theme park, an aquarium, hotels and shopping malls, which will come up in the forthcoming days will be housed in the complex with an area of 3.66 million square meters.
