Global Travel and Procurement Assistant




For our customer COWI looking Kelly a quality-oriented, responsible and professionally curious Global Travel and Procurement Assistant.


You will join Global Travel Department with reference to the Global Travel Manager and closely cooperate and work for / with Global Procurement Manager. Your primary goal in the position will be to support Travel & Procurement to create added value for COWI, and that the two departments experienced as service-oriented for the entire group.




Administration of agreements and contracts, and follow-up

Exports of shopping and offers comparisons

Preparation of presentation materials in Power Point

Responsibilities and preparation of travel reporting for business

Data extraction and documentation to statistics material for Procurement & Travel

Selection of suppliers within specific categories

Maintenance of web portals for Travel & Procurement

Meeting Scheduling internal and external meetings

Coordinator of various offerings

Update / maintenance of performance and activity lists for departments

Operating Administration of specific agreements

Ad hoc administrative tasks - including use agreements for COWI's employees

Have the role of "superuser" and maintainer of COWI supplier list



You have experience in a similar function - and a great willingness to learn what you do not know

You have relevant experience as a travel or office assistant

You are analytical and quality conscious in task performance

Understanding how to think laterally and holistically

Understanding the importance of implementing and optimizing processes

You are strong in project management and thrive with several timeframes and deadlines - and also get details with

You have strong IT skills, obviously experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel ogPower Point - and have the flair to familiarize yourself with new IT systems

You are fluent in English and Danish fluently in speech and writing.

You are structured in the way you work and take ownership of your tasks

You have good business sense and is results-oriented

You are approachable, empathetic, proactive, responsive and proactive and thrive with a large, primarily internal, interface at all levels

You are flexible, adaptable, have a high stress threshold and a good overview
